Research Assistant Position in Digital Control

The Department of Power Mechanical Engineering at National Tsing Hua University invites applications for a research assistant position. The anticipated start date is February 2024, but the review of applications will continue until the position is filled.

The assistant will work with the Principal Investigator and graduate students in the lab on a funded research project related to smart scanning probe microscopy for live-cell applications, with a focus on the development of experimental setups, including the integration of electronics, power managements, and miniaturized sensors and actuators, as well as the implementation of digital control laws, software, firmware, and hardware.

Candidates with a master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an appropriate related field are preferred. Interested candidates should send their applications to Professor C. H. Menq at menq.1@osu.edu.
