Postdoctoral Researcher in Digital Control

The Department of Power Mechanical Engineering at National Tsing Hua University invites applications from outstanding individuals for a postdoctoral position with primary focus on digital control. The anticipated start date is February 2024, but the review of applications will continue until the position is filled.

The researcher will work with the Principal Investigator and graduate students in the lab on a funded research project related to smart scanning probe microscopy for live-cell applications, with the researcher’s focus being advanced digital control of hexapole electromagnetic tweezers. Responsibilities include developing experimental setups, conducting experiments, and documenting research results in the form of reports, papers, and software modules.

A PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an appropriate related field is required. Interested candidates should send their applications to Professor C. H. Menq at menq.1@osu.edu.
