Ming-Huang Li received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering (minor in electrical engineering) from National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2009, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Institute of NanoEngineering and MicroSystems, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2011 and 2015, respectively.
