Dr. Hung-Yin Tsai, NTHU Chair Professor & President of NARLabs
Biography

Dr. Tsai received his B.S. and Ph. D. degrees in Power Mechanical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 1994 and 1999, respectively. He joined Industrial Technology Research Institute as a researcher since 1999. In 2003, he was promoted to a manager in charge of nanoengineering department and received the Innovative Technology Award by Ministry of Economic Affairs at the national level. |
